These terms apply to all license types. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
Important: All purchases include lifetime license with no recurring fees. You own the script forever and can continue using your purchased version indefinitely.
Lifetime Updates: You receive free updates and bug fixes for the lifetime of the product. Once purchased, all future versions are yours at no additional cost.
Clarification: Lifetime updates refer to updates provided for as long as the product is actively maintained by NewAgeScripts.
Support Period: 6 months of email support is included with every license. After the support period ends, you can continue using the script, but support requests will require purchasing an additional support package.
Update Delivery: Updates are automatically available in your account dashboard.

Note: License usage and transfers are handled manually as part of our support process. We do not enforce license restrictions technically; compliance with license terms is based on contractual agreement.

All scripts and source code remain the intellectual property of NewAgeScripts. Purchasing a license grants usage rights, not ownership of the original software. Your license grants you usage rights according to your license type, but does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.
For Developer License holders: You may deliver the script to clients as part of your implementation services and charge for your work. However, you may not resell or redistribute the script itself as a standalone product. The script must be implemented as part of a client project or service.
You may not claim ownership of the original source code or present it as your own work.
The scripts are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
While we strive for bug-free code and comprehensive testing, we do not guarantee that the scripts will be error-free or meet your specific requirements. We recommend testing thoroughly in your environment before production deployment.
This license is perpetual and will not terminate automatically. However, we reserve the right to terminate your license if you:
Upon termination, you must cease using the script and destroy all copies in your possession.
This license agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which NewAgeScripts operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
